once more from the land of FLUX. I have finally
got my shit together to update this site. I
intend to keep it up, but now that I've started
FLUXISTAN perhaps I'll get really apathetic
and leave this to its own devices. We shall
see. 2005
When I started Flux, it was just a name for my Mac G4 at home. As time has gone on and I've worked on more stuff, FLUX has become a tag that I like more and more.
As a graphic designer I like to experiment with ideas, both graphic and contextual. This really is the only reason why this site exists at all. I don't even know if anyone ever sees it. I know that the previous versions were visited, but I'm not sure for what reason anyone would end up here. I will go on putting stuff up simply because I like to learn more about how ideas work for me and how they relate to the world at large.
All the older versions are made entirely in Flash, all the graphics, and some of the music and fonts are mine, so you could say that this is a kind of a forum for me to test my work, my private work, in a public place. As a working graphic designer I find this a pure luxury, to fulfill whatever brief I feel like. I hope anyone who strays this way also enjoys this stuff.
